A market leading and expanding technology & data services business have a newly created opportunity for a Legal / Law graduate to join their established commercial contracts management division as Commercial Contracts Analyst.
This Commercial Contracts Analyst role represents a fantastic opportunity for a graduate calibre, early career professional who has an interest to develop a career within legal contractual review, analysis and negotiation and wider commercial activity within an innovative and hugely successful technology business who will offer extensive in role training and support.
The commercial function and this Commercial Contracts Analyst role sit at the heart of the business working in close support and advisory position to directors, senior management and sales departments leading all contractual matters covering:
- New business / customer (contractual T&C's review, negotiation, amendment and drafting at tender /proposal and renewal stages)
- Strategic supplier (procurement) - contractual review, negotiation, and cost agreement, and through life SLA management
- Wider business project work defining and implementing commercial process, efficiencies and new commercial engagement structuring
Ideally suited to a Law (LLB) or Business degree graduate with some initial office based professional experience seeking to dveelop a specialist career within commercial contracts / legal contracts and wider commercial analytics.
Salary - c. £23000 + benefits
Location - Crawley / Gatwick area (rail connection within short walking distance & parking available)
Key experienced required for Commercial Analyst application:
- Ideally Law (LLB) or Business degree qualified (2:1 classification minimum)
(Unrelated 2:1 degree qualified with some existing experience in legal / contractual administration in a commercial officer / contracts officer / analyst equally considered)
- First class written and verbal communication skill able to directly converse and advise on contractual issues at senior levels.
- Excellent attention to detail with an interest in commercial, contractual T&C’s review & negotiation to ensure best case business advantage and customer satisfaction are mutually achieved.
- A genuine interest to become a specialist in all maters commercial & contracts related and SME (subject matter expert) to internal stakeholder groups.
